Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Jennifer, mum of 3, Registered Nutritionist, Intuitive Eating Coach, and the founder of the Lighter Body Lighter Mind Reset.

I help women heal their relationship with food so that they can shed all the ‘excess’ and reconnect with themselves from a place of love.

After years of struggling with both my weight and negative ‘food noise’, I finally found a way to master my relationship with food without giving up baking with my kids or eating food just for fun.

My mission now as a nutritionist, coach, mother, and fellow woman, is to share my Light for Life method, the same formula that I use to transform and empower the women I work to believe in and trust in themselves around food.
